Your plan and its limits

Updated on 06 de June, 2026

Domo works with plans based on your church's size. Here we explain how to know where you stand and what to do if you need more room.

The trial period

When you start you have a free trial to use Domo without limits. You'll see a notice at the top reminding you how many days you have left and when it expires. We let you know before any charge, so you can try it with peace of mind.

Your plan's limits

Depending on your plan, there's a maximum of people, users and groups you can add. When you get close to a limit, Domo shows a notice on the matching screen (for example, in the Directory or in Users).

If you reach the cap, Domo will stop you from adding more until you upgrade the plan, so the account doesn't overflow without you noticing.

How to upgrade your plan

Changing the plan and billing aren't managed from inside the app. When you need more room, write to us:

We'll help you move to the plan that best fits your church.

Not sure which plan you're on or how much trial is left? The top notice and the usage notices tell you. If you have questions, write to us and we'll review it with you.
